Q: “How can I update to the latest software version?”
Please send the following information to our support:
Device model (e.g., 4K+/4K/Lite/Dongle)
Previous software version (Settings > Device > About)
Serial Number (SN) found on the bottom of your box (starts with "GZ")
If your device does not update automatically, click Check Update.
Note:
OTA upgrades cannot be downgraded.
Due to Google’s requirements, uncertified versions are not available via OTA.
