Na kodi 22 sa už používa novší a značne prekopaný input adaptive doplnok, pričom jeho nekompatilibita spôsobuje skoré zastavenie live videa v prípade antik doplnku kvôli snahe podporovať DRM. Postupne má byť daný aktualizovaný doplnok nasadzovaný aj na starších kodi systémoch. Prehrávanie v prípade archívu je OK.
