Mate niekto skusenost s reklamaciou na gearbeste? Objednal som si tieto svetla do spalne ( 2ks). https://m.gearbest.com/smart-ceiling-lig...id=1640583

Bohuzial, som si nevsimol, ze je to ten typ, co sa instaluje cela zadna strana svetla na strop. Zmieril som sa s tym, namontoval som ich ale jedno z nich je pokazene. Ked ho zapnem preblikava svetli na teplo, do studena, potom zhasne a potom svieti na plne pecky. Reset ani nic ine nepomohlo, skratka neda sa na neho connectnut. Tak som pisal na gearbest podporu nech mi ho vymenia, chceli odo mna foto pripadne video chyby, tak som im to poslal aj foto aj video. Posledna reakcia bola pred tyzdnom a od vtedy nic:

Sa mi to zda nejak dlho na to, ze svetlo bolo pokazene uz v baliku, myslel som, ze mi napisu ze mozem poslat hned
