Artwork for Recordings and Live-TV pro Kodi 17 (Krypton) a Aeon Nox SiLVO.

Changes:
- added Clearart to LiveTV-OSD after 2 sec on channel switch. Instantly on "Info"
- added Fanart to PVR-info and Channel-Guide windows
- settings to enable/disable it
- adapted FullscreenInfo for Recordings to the new Look from SiLVO
- and some more

Installation:
1. Install "Aeon Nox SiLVO" from github here and make sure "skin.helper"-script is also installed
2. DL the upper zip from dropbox, extract it and copy the content to $KODI/addons/skin.aeon.nox.silvo/ (overwrite the files)
3. reload skin or restart KODI
4. go to "Skin Settings" > "Customization" > "Live-TV" and enable "PVR-Thumbs" (and the other options if wanted)
5. Now the images should appear.

Useful settings for skin-helper: (enabled)
- Use TMDB for lookups
- Use extended images from Fanart.tv
- Download artwork for PVR Recordings
If you enable google image search then often the wrong image is found and the skin is slower.

known issues:

- sometimes the images are not scraped because of a skin.helper-error (report)

or skinhelper is just slow
- CDArt overlapping
